Friendly Avenue Baptist Church invites you to join us on Sunday, March 24 for a FREE Community Event for toddlers through 5th graders at 4800 W. Friendly Ave. GSO, NC 27410.

Join us for our 4th annual Fire Truck Egg Drop & The Easter Story! Come hear the Easter Story followed by outdoor games, inflatables, crafts, and more. Between 2:00pm and 5:00pm there will be several designated "egg drops" where thousands of candy-filled eggs will be dropped from the ladder of a fire truck onto our field. Every child will be given their own bag to collect eggs in.

A free snack and drink will be provided, while supplies last. Wired Cafe Coffee Bus will be on site and available for purchase.

Beginning March 1st, sign up for a specific start time. Every child and adult needs a ticket. Please make sure you select enough tickets for your desired start time to account for every child and adult in your group. 

1) Is the Egg Drop a free event?
Yes! The Egg Drop is a FREE event. There is no price for admission or participation.

2) Can I bring my own bags/buckets to collect eggs?
We will provide all participants with a bag to collect eggs the day of the event. Please leave your personal bags and buckets at home. This will ensure that the event is fair and fun for everyone.

3) Is food provided during the Egg Drop?
Light concessions will be provided during the Egg Drop at no cost to you (while supplies last). However, you may want to pack a bag lunch to bring along.

4) Where do I park?
Parking is available on-site in our northern parking lots between Jefferson Rd and Westridge Rd (see "Event Parking Info" map above).  If all parking spots on-site are full, overflow parking will be available at neighboring churches. Look for our Welcome Team. They will help you find the best and most available parking spots.

5) How do I register online?
Be sure to select the number of tickets for the TOTAL number of people who will be in your group at the event. Online registration opens March 1!

6) Can I still attend if I miss the online registration window?
Due to a limited number of spots, we ask that you register ahead of time. Your free ticket is required to attend this event.

7) What if its raining the day of the Egg Drop?
If weather prevents us from having the Egg Drop on the 23rd, our rain date will go into effect. We will communicate any postponements via our Facebook Event page and through email.
