Our new Prayer Room is now open to all the FABC family. During this season, it has been set up in the student pastor office space near the main office. It is open to anyone who would like to use the room for prayer, either individually or with a small group. Have a prayer request for the Prayer Room? Prayer Requests can be dropped off in the Prayer Room or in a drop box in the Connect Area.
The Prayer Team is always happy to have new members join. For those interested in a regularly scheduled day and time to pray each week, contact Sharon Youngmark to be placed on the schedule. Time slots are available Monday through Friday, 8:00am—4:00pm. When not in use by these regular prayer partners, anyone is encouraged to stop in and use the room for prayer. In addition to praying for each request received, the Prayer Room members are actively writing cards and checking up on requests turned into the Prayer Room.
The Prayer Room Ministry members have set up the new room in honor of Doris Henderson, calling it, “The Dr. Doris Henderson Prayer Room.” This is in honor of Doris’ many years of tireless, full time service to FABC. They are thankful for the model prayer warrior example she is to all who have the privilege of knowing and loving her.
