PRAISE BANDS

High School and up - audition required

Friendly Avenue hosts three praise bands (two adult bands and one youth band) that are active in the 9:15 a.m. contemporary service Sunday mornings.  These praise bands provide a unique outlet for musicians and vocalists to express their worship to God in a different style, yet still faithful to the gospel message.  Audition and interview are required for all three praise bands. 

VOCAL ENSEMBLES

Ages 18 and up - audition required

Friendly Avenue has two active praise teams: Voice of Joy, a mixed ensemble, and the FABC Ladies Ensemble.  Both have several opportunities to lead out in Sunday morning worship as well as periodic special presentations.  These groups are formed from the membership of the Worship Choir and faithfulness to the worship choir ministry is expected.  Rehearsal times vary.
