Thank you for visiting our website. If you live in the Greensboro area and are searching for a church where you and your family can worship and serve, I invite you to be our guest. The biblical teaching offered at Friendly Avenue will help you and your family to grow in spiritual maturity.

At Friendly Avenue, our mission is simple. We exist to bring all people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. The role of our church is to provide an environment that prepares you to serve God through a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. This relationship begins with a surrendered commitment to Jesus Christ. Your commitment to Him will prompt you to learn more about Him and to serve Him through your gifts and abilities. Our desire is to equip you to share the story of Jesus with others in our community, nation, and world.

In addition, I would like to extend an invitation to meet you personally.  Every Wednesday night from 5:30-6:30 p.m. we serve dinner in the Fellowship Hall.  As a first time guest we want you to enjoy a free meal where I can visit with you and your family.  Make your reservations with Dr. Doris Henderson (336-292-3567, ext. 312) by Tuesday at noon prior to your visit.  I hope to meet you soon!
